Deanna Howard

Deanna started Pinnacle Hearing Healthcare because she believes something simple but powerful — everyone deserves care that's truly personal. With 32 years in the hearing healthcare world, she's helped thousands of people reconnect with the sounds and voices they love most. She always stays up to date on the latest hearing aid technology so her patients always have access to the best options available. Her patients are her priority, plain and simple. She wants every single person who walks through her door to hear their best — so they can stay present with the people who matter, join in conversations, and feel connected to the world around them. Better hearing isn't just a convenience. It's connection. It's confidence. It's quality of life. At Pinnacle, you're not just a patient — you're family and Deanna treats you exactly like that. Speaking of family, Deanna has been happily married to her husband Kelly for 35 years. They have two daughters, Emily and Elizabeth, and a son-in-law, Tanner, who've all been a huge part of supporting her career. When she's not in the office, you'll likely find her spending time with her two grandpups, Oliver and Winston — because honestly, they deserve a mention too.

Nikki Fisher

Nikki oversees the day-to-day operations of Pinnacle Hearing Healthcare, ensuring every patient experience runs smoothly from the first call to the follow-up visit. She is often the first point of contact for patients. In this role, she is dedicated to creating a positive experience by assisting with scheduling, answering questions, and helping ensure the office runs smoothly each day. Known for her friendly demeanor and attention to detail, Nikki takes pride in making every patient feel comfortable and supported from the moment they walk through the door. Outside of the office, Nikki enjoys spending time with their husband, especially going to concerts and relaxing trips to the beach. When her children are in town she loves spending time with them and her granddogs.

Deborah Bruce

Deborah keeps the Mooresville office running smoothly, greeting patients with a warm welcome and making sure every appointment feels effortless from start to finish. She takes pride in making each person feel at home the moment they walk through the door — not just as a patient, but as part of the Pinnacle family. A true animal lover at heart, Deborah has a special soft spot for dogs, so if you have a furry family member, don't be shy about pulling up those photos. She would love to see them. She enjoys time with her fiance Tim and her son and famliy at the beach. She spends most of her time with her furr family Barney, Sam and Otis.

Very good evaluation and recommendations. Still thinking about the recommendation.
